To me having a living yoga practice means doing my asana, pranayama, meditation and allowing yoga to help me grow

To help me love myself and love others with respect. To recognise those things that don’t serve me and to let them go. Working through challenges on my mat encourages in me the integrity to work through challenges in my life.
